Coolpedals biking holidays, fun bike ride, nice biking trails

Q. Are these trail guides suitable for all levels of riders?

A. Each of our trail guides comes in 4 versions to suit a very wide range of riders (Beginners, Occasional Riders, Regular Riders and Energetic Riders). Each version offers a number of short cuts and extensions within it. For example, the Beginner trail version might offer a nominal distance of 20 miles, with options to reduce to 15 miles or increase to 25 miles. Whereas the Energetic Rider trail version might offer a nominal distance of 40 miles, with options to reduce to 35 miles or increase to 50 miles. Q. I prefer riding on smooth tarmac surfaces. Will your trails suit me?

A. All our trail guides include options to maximise or minimise the use of tarmac road surfaces. If you choose the maximum tarmac option this will give 80-90% on road, with the remaining 10-20% on easy off-road surfaces.

Q. I prefer getting off-road and off the beaten track wherever possible. Will there be enough off-road options to keep me happy?

A. All our trail guides include options to maximise or minimise the use of off-road trails. If you choose the maximum off-road option this will generally give up to 50% off-road mileage, with a mixture of easy trail riding and occasional tougher sections which may include some mud, loose gravel and sand.

Q. What presentation formats do you offer for the trail guides?

A. Trail guides are available in a wide range of written and mapping formats to suit a range of different needs. For more details please click here.

Q. Can you show me an example of what your trail guides actually look like?

A. Yes, we are currently offering one of our trail guides (The River Brett Trail) as a free sample to let you make a hands-on assessment. Please visit our Cycing Trail Guides page to request your copy.
